The Katse, Lejone and Matsoku Water Supply, Sanitation and Refuse Disposal Programme (KLM WATSAN) is a projected aimed at protecting the water quality the Katse reservoir and to improve livelihoods of the people living around the reservoir by providing the communities upstream of the Katse reservoir in the Katse, Lejone and Matsoku project areas with potable water through the construction of gravity fed water supply systems, sanitation facilities and refuse disposal facilities.
